She's been Where You Are
Clarissa spent nearly 20 years building an extraordinary career across industries most people never touch. She was a top relationship banker in New York City — acquiring millions in assets and working directly alongside financial advisors at the highest levels of wealth management. She ran door-to-door sales teams in NYC, closed solar deals in California, sold luxury bath remodels in Texas. She didn't just work in those rooms. She earned her seat in them.
She sat across from billionaires. She had a millionaire mentor in New York City who poured into her in ways most people never get access to. She moved in elite circles and learned from the best of the best — not just studied them, learned from them directly. The kind of education money alone can't buy.
And she didn't just learn from the top. She witnessed every walk of life — the poor and the wealthy, dozens of cultures, communities that looked nothing like each other and everything like the same human struggle underneath. But knowing something and becoming it are two very different things. When Clarissa asked to become the coach she is today — truly asked, at the soul level — life heard her. And life said: okay. Now you learn what you need to.
What followed was over a decade of being taken apart. Family patterns she didn't choose surfaced and demanded to be broken. The very things she'd been given — the beliefs, the conditioning, the way she'd learned to survive — had to be dismantled piece by piece. In 2019, she reversed Stage 2 liver disease. A real win. And then life kept going. She fell apart anyway. Lost herself. Gained over 100 pounds. Stopped recognizing the woman she'd been and, more painfully, stopped believing she was still capable of the extraordinary things she'd already done.
It cost her a decade, because real transformation doesn't come cheap. The sacrifices were real. The unraveling was real. And so is everything she built on the other side of it.
Then she had a break. She used what she knew — she's quite the investor — and that space gave her room to breathe again. She packed up her daughters, moved to California, and started rebuilding the right way. Not hustling back. Truly rebuilding.
