Our programs are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. By purchasing or using our programs, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that any information you provide us is accurate and current.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal); we do not directly store your full payment card details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge.
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice, including promotional or limited-time pricing (for example, a course offered at a launch price that later increases). Any price change will not affect an order you have already completed.
SOVRA Shift™ is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the applicable program materials for your own individual or business use, as described in the program.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, post, or transmit login credentials or program materials to any third party without our prior written consent.
All content, curricula, videos, templates, prompts, and materials provided through our programs, along with the names and marks SOVRA Shift™, the VIVE Method™, AI Asset & Content Studio™, Content Crakd™, the CRAKD Framework™, and Her Next Move System™, are the property of Clarissa Harford and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Our programs are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or outcomes — your results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances. Our programs reference and rely on independent third-party platforms, including Systeme.io, Claude (Anthropic), and ChatGPT (OpenAI). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their pricing, features, availability, or any changes they make over time.
Our programs and materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarissa Harford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarissa Harford from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our programs or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
